Our Professional Fencing Process

Ready to get started on your fence installation in Kelowna, Vernon or the Okanagan? You can schedule a site visit by calling our office or by submitting a Request a Quote form online. One of our experienced estimators will visit your property to measure the fencing area, assess ground conditions, and review your access points and grading.

We’ll walk you through your fencing options, offer expert suggestions, and answer any questions. Once your custom quote is prepared, we’ll send it to you by email, fax, or mail. If you choose to proceed, simply sign and return the quotation form with a 50% deposit to confirm your project.

After that, we’ll book your fence installation date. Please remember to contact Call Before You Dig (1-800-474-6886) to mark underground utilities and print off the details for our team. Before the installation begins, you’ll also need to confirm your property line, identify irrigation lines, and clear the fence line of any brush or obstructions.

On installation day, we’ll need about 15–30 minutes of your time to:

Meet our crew
Confirm fence and gate placement
Review irrigation and underground service locations
Answer any remaining questions

We dig post holes 2–3 feet deep and set the posts in concrete. After a short curing period, we return to complete the installation by adding the chain link fencing, top rail, and gates. Once the job is finished, we’ll walk you through the final product to ensure everything meets your expectations.
We’ll then send your final invoice by email, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
