Our Process

You can arrange a site visit by calling our office or by filing out our Request a Quote form. Our estimator will meet with you to measure the amount of fencing you need, access the ground conditions, grade and access.  We will go through your options, offer any suggestions and answer any questions you may have.

Once the quote is prepared we will email, fax or mail the quote to you. Should you wish to go ahead with your project, we ask that you fill out and sign the quotation form and return it to us complete with 50% deposit.

We book a start date and ask that you contact the Call Before You Dig number (1-800-474-6886) to request the location of any underground services. Please have all the information they send you printed off and on hand the day we start the installation. Prior to our start date, you will need to determine the property line, locate irrigation lines and clear the fence line of brush, debris or other obstructions.

For the first part of the installation, we will require you home for about 15-30 minutes to:

  • Meet our crew
  • Confirm the fence and gate placement
  • Discuss locations of underground service and irrigation lines
  • Answer any questions you/our crew may have

All the posts’ holes are dug 2’ to 3’ deep, and the posts are set in concrete. We leave the posts to set in the concrete for a couple of days — please do not shake or touch the posts. Once the posts have set, we return to install the chain link, top rail and gates. Once completed, we will do a walk through with you to ensure everything is as it should be and that you are happy with your new fence.

An invoice will be emailed to you and the balance of the fencing contract will be due.
